Kikoutei Densetsu Volume 1
This DVD is Volume 1 of the second OAV, Kikoutei Densetsu (『輝煌帝伝説』). The title of this OAV translates to "Legend of the Sun", referring to the Sun Armor, ie the white armor. It contains episodes 1-2:
